また飲料冷却管7と蒸発管6との間には矢印Aお
よびBで示す流れに伴つて矢印Cで示す上向きの
流れが生じ、このため飲料冷却管7は内側および
外側を冷却水2が流れて循環流を形成し、内部の
飲料を瞬間的に冷却する。従つてコツク9を閉じ
た後短時間で飲料は冷却され以後コツク9を開け
ば飲料は連続的に冷却された状態で供給される。
