- 含塵被処理気体の導入口及び処理済気体の排出
口を有するケーシング内に筒状布が複数個配置
されたバグフイルタ装置において、筒状布の上
下両端にベンチユリによつて囲まれた状態で逆洗
用気体噴出管を布内に向つて所定距離挿入した
ことを特徴とするバグフイルタ装置。
