【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は深部外科手術時に、深部の目的部位を
縫合する針を挾持操作する持針器に関するもので

従来の縫合持針器は、持針器の把手部と先端持
針部とが同一平面で平行になつているので、深部
目的部位に持針器を挿入して目的部位を縫合する

位が見つけにくいものである。従つて目的部位縫
合のため、必要以上に大きく切断しなければなら
ない。又手術が長時間になると患者の苦痛も増加
する。又大きく切開すれば手術後、余分な傷痕が
残る等の欠点がある。

本考案は上記のような問題を解決し、かつ持針
器の針の縫合操作を容易ならしめるためになされ
たものである。

本考案は上記目的を達成するために、持針器の
先端持針部と手前の把手部とを同一平面上で平行
にせずに、把手部を先端持針部に対して、視線方

トル形に形成し、かつ先端持針部を把手部の操作
により約90゜回動させて縫合できるようになした
ものである。

は先端持針部Aに対して視線方向で必らず眼下に
位置するようにピストル形に形成されている。先
端持針部Aは、中間管部Cの先端下側に取付けら
れた腕台1に設置されていて、腕台1にネジ軸2
で回転できるように載置された滑車3と、この滑
車3上に固定された縫合針挾持の一方の針受台4
と、この針受台4上に取付けられた前後2個のビ
ス51,52に嵌合し、ビスに沿うて前後にスラ
イドして針を挾持するスライド板6とよりなつて
いる。そしてこの滑車3には、後述する把手部に
よつて操作されて滑車を正、逆に約90゜回転させ
る2本のワイヤー71,72の先端が巻きつけら
れていて、その一方のワイヤー71、の先端は、
滑車上に植設した2本のピンの一方のピン81
に、又他方のワイヤー72の先端は他方のピン8
2にそれぞれ固定されている。9はスライド板6
の中心上面に取付けられた金具で、この金具には
後述する把手部操作の引張ワイヤー10の先端が
取付けられている。111,112はスライド板
6に設けたスライド案内溝で、針受台4に取付け
られたビス51,52がこの溝に嵌合している。

付与するバネ板で、スライド板の中心上面に取付
けた金具9にその中心が巻つけられ、そのバネ板

に取付けられたスライド板6を後退させ、針受台
4との圧接部が開くので、その間隙部に縫合針を
差込み、小把手から親指を離すとスライド板6は
バネ板12の復帰力により前進して縫合針を挾持
する。第1図に示すように把手部の一方の把手1
6が開いた状態では、把手16に連結されたワイ
ヤー71,72は先端持針部の滑車3を第3図に
示す状態より約90゜、右に回転した位置に回転さ
せてある。従つて第3図に示す縫合針23を挾持
した針受台4及びスライド板6の位置は第3図に

て、その目的部位に先端持針部を位置させること
ができる。しかる後、把持部の一方の把手16を
他方の把手14側に握り寄せると、ワイヤー7
1,72によつて持針器先端の滑車3は約90゜左
回転して第3図に示す如く、滑車上のスライド板
6に挾持された縫合針23も左に約90゜回転して
目的部位に刺通する。このようにして目的部位に
縫合糸のついた縫合針23を刺通したとき把手部
側の小把手20を親指で押下げると、先端持針部
のスライド板6が後退し挾持していた縫合針を離
すので刺通した縫合針から持針器を外して取り出
すことができる。その後の操作は従来の方法と同

的部位の縫合操作は把手部側の把手による縫合針
回転刺通によつてなされるため、深部部位の縫合
操作を容易に行うことができる。又、深部目的部
位に刺通した縫合針を持針器より外す操作も把手
側の把手操作により簡単に外すことができる等、
本考案指針器は深部部位縫合用持針器として優れ
た特長を有するものである。
