Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被測定物体の温度に依存した光を伝送する
光フアイバの周囲を、被測定物体の温度に依存し
た光を伝送しない複数本の光フアイバで囲んでな
る光フアイバ温度計。 (2) 周囲をとり囲む光フアイバが６本である実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の光フアイバ温
度計。 (3) 周囲をとり囲む６本の光フアイバのコア／
クラツドの屈折率差が中心の光フアイバのコア／
クラツドの屈折率差よりも大きい実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の光フアイバ温度
計。 (4) 周囲をとり囲む光フアイバの外周が金属、
ガラス繊維などの耐熱材で被覆されている実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項又は第３項記
載の光フアイバ温度計。 (5) 中心の光フアイバの入射端に金属化物など
を融着させ、それを囲む他のフアイバの入射端に
は何も施さない実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又
は第２項又は第３項又は第４項記載の光フイバ温
度計。
