、１２はプローブ支承部材、１３はプローブガイ
ド部材、１４はロツク機構、１５はロツド、１６
は操作レバー、１７はロツクレバー、１８は圧縮
コイルバネ、２１はプローブピン、２２は板バネ
（アース端子）である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ヒートシンク及び伝導冷却体によつてほぼ閉
    鎖された状態でプリント板に実装されたフラツト
    リードパツケージ型素子用のプロービイング装置
    において、前記ヒートシンク及び素子を取り囲む
    如くプリント板上に着脱自在に装着可能なプロー
    ブ取付枠と、該プローブ枠に着脱自在に取り付け
    可能なプローブとの組合せから成ることを特徴と
    するプロービイング装置。 ２ 前記プローブ取付枠はプローブの上端部を支
    承するプローブ支承部材と、プローブのプローブ
    ピンをガイドするプローブガイド部材と、素子の
    パツケージ本体に係合してプローブ取付枠をパツ
    ケージ本体に固定するためのロツク機構を有する
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載のプロービイング装置。 ３ 前記プローブはその上端部にプローブピンを
    素子のリードに押圧させるためのバネを有するこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ま
    たは第２項に記載のプロービイング装置。 ４ 前記プローブはその上端部にアース端子を有
    し、該アース端子がプローブ取付枠のプローブ支
    承部材に接触することを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第２項または第３項に記載のプロービ
    イング装置。 ５ 前記アース端子がバネで形成され、これがプ
    ローブピンを素子のリードに押圧させるためのバ
    ネを兼用していることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第４項記載のプロービイング装置。
