ヤフトと、これら各フオークシヤフトにおけるシ
フトホツドの切欠部に対して係合可能に位置した
レバー先端を有するフロアシフトタイプのシフト
レバーと、各フオークシヤフトにおけるシフトホ
ツドの切欠部がこれらフオークシヤフトのシフト
動作方向に関して一致しているときには中立状態
にあり、いずれか一方のフオークシヤフトがシフ
ト動作したときに他方のフオークシヤフトのシフ
ト動作をロツクするインタロツク機構とを備えた
直接操作式コントロール機構であつて、前記のシ
フトレバーと各フオークシヤフトとの間に、この
シフトレバーのレバー先端を各フオークシヤフト
におけるシフトヘツドの切欠部に対して共に係合
した位置に保持するようにこのシフトレバーに作
用力を与えるスプリングを設けたことを特徴とす
