るメモリの記憶データ保護装置において、前記基
準電圧発生手段の出力信号は前記電源装置の前記
出力電圧の変化に応じて変化する電圧信号である

憶データ保護装置において、基準電圧発生手段の
出力信号を形成する電圧は電源装置の出力電圧に
よつて充電されるコンデンサの端子電圧に対応し
