の平面図、第４図は電空ポジシヨナ全体の概要構
成図である。 １……第１ヨーク、１ａ……取付座、２……永
久磁石、３……第２ヨーク、４……ステム用孔、
５Ａ，５Ｂ……板ばね、７……励磁コイル、１０
……出力ステム、１１……端子箱、１１ｂ……外

Claims (1)
- 第１ヨークの底部に永久磁石を介して第２ヨー
クを配設し、これら両ヨークの間に形成された磁
路内に、ばね部材によつて弾性的に支持された励
磁コイルを配設し、前記第１ヨーク、永久磁石お
よび第２ヨークの中心に形成されたステム用孔に
防爆すきの奥行を形成するスリーブを配設すると
共に前記励磁コイルの励磁によつて変位する出力
ステムを、前記スリーブの中心孔に防爆指針所定
の防爆すき間を残して軸方向移動自在に挿通した
ことを特徴とする防爆型電気／変位変換機構。
