- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 フラツトリード型半導体パツケージのリードフ
ラツト部のパツケージ本体に対する位置を検知す
る検知手段と； 修正すべきパツケージのリードフラツト部の根
元を固定保持するリード固定部および該リードフ
ラツト部の先端を把持して矯正移動するリード矯
正部からなるリード修正機構と； 上記検知手段からの信号により修正すべきパツ
ケージを選別し、かつ該パツケージのリードを修
正するために必要な上記リード修正機構のリード
矯正部の移動量を判定し、この判定結果に応じて
上記リード修正機構を駆動するための制御装置と
により構成したリード修正装置。
