Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被検査物体からの受光量に対応した電気信号を
導出する撮像手段と、 前記撮像手段からの出力信号の高周波成分を抽
出する微分回路と、 微分回路からの出力を、負のレベルでレベル弁
別する手段と、 レベル弁別手段からの出力を受信して、パルス
信号を発生させる単安定回路と、 前記撮像手段からの出力を単安定回路からのパ
ルス信号の周波数でサンプリングするサンプルホ
ールド回路と、 サンプルホールド回路からの出力を受信して、
その出力信号の負に変化する部分を検出する回路
と、 前記負に変化する部分を検出する回路と、撮像
手段からの出力とを比較する比較回路とを含むこ
とを特徴とする２値化画像処理装置。
