Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は樹脂通路が穿設されたバルブ・ボデ
イー、該樹脂通路中に設けられた弁座、該弁座に
当接離脱するチエツク・ボール、該チエツク・ボ
ールを付勢する駆動杆とから成る液状樹脂射出成
形機用の樹脂通路切換弁に関するものであり、特
に、前記駆動杆の先端にポペツトを装着し、該ポ
ペツトと前記駆動杆との間には上記樹脂通路と上
記駆動杆が摺動されるシリンダー孔とを遮断する
ダイアフラムを挟持している樹脂通路切換弁に係

計量ポンプは樹脂供給源から所望の液状樹脂を吸
引導入し、しかる後、樹脂通路を切換えて混合装
置に対して加圧供給するものである。かかる樹脂
通路の切換えに使用される切換弁は前記計量ポン
プの導入導出動作に同期して作動するものであ
る。そして該切換弁は計量ポンプの導入側と導出
側にそれぞれ配置され、樹脂の導入に際しては導
入側切換弁を開に、導出側切換弁を閉にし、又、
樹脂の導出に際しては上記とは逆に導入側切換弁
を閉に、導出側切換弁を開にしてそれぞれ樹脂通

が、通常第1図及び第2図に示す様なものが最も

路2bとから成るL字形樹脂通路2が穿設されて
いる。又、該バルブ・ボデイー1には前記垂直通
路2aと同軸配置された駆動杆用開口3が穿設さ
れており、該駆動杆用開口3は前記樹脂通路2に
開口している。4は弁座であり上記樹脂通路2中
に設けられている。5はチエツク・ボールで前記

より前記欠点を除去し、不利点を解消する優れた

第4図に示すように上方に押上げられ、樹脂通路
2は開通する。このとき、ダイアフラム11は図
示の如く変形し、駆動杆8の運動に何等の支障も
与えない。そして、該ダイアフラム11は駆動杆
8とシリンダー孔7より成る摺動部と樹脂通路2
とを遮断しているので、該摺動部へ樹脂及びフイ

いて、前記駆動杆の先端部にポペツトを装着し、
該ポペツトと駆動杆の間にダイアフラムを挟持す
る構成としたことにより、駆動杆とアダプターの
シリンダー孔とより成る摺動部を樹脂通路より遮
断するので、該樹脂通路中の樹脂が前記摺動部に
流入することがなく、このため、樹脂中に含まれ
るフイラーが摺動部に混入することが防止できる
という優れた効果がある。したがつて、駆動杆の
作動がスムースになり、摺動部の摩耗が減少し、
且つ洗浄後の残留フイラーが後続のシヨツト時に
混入することがなく成形品にむらが生ずることが
