装置において、温度設定用手段、比例帯調整用手
段および温度検知素子により制御された電圧をト
ランジスタのベースに印加し、該トランジスタの
コレクタには抵抗を経て直流正極に接続し、エミ
ツタ端にはフオトカプラの発光素子を介して前記
直流負極に接続し、該フオトカプラ中の受光素子
抵抗ＣｄＳをトライアツク位相制御ＩＣ―シーメ
ンスＴＬＥ３１０１の基準電圧ピン＃１４に直列
に接続し、公知の前記トライアツク位相制御ＩＣ
および周辺回路（シーメンスＵＢＢ速報’８２Ｎ
