Claims (1)
- 高圧容器１の上・下開口部１Ａ，１Ｂにそれぞ
れ上・下蓋２，３が設けられて高圧室４が構成さ
れ、該高圧室４内に、断熱層５、加熱要素６が配
置され、高圧室４の被処理体７がガス圧媒を介し
て圧縮処理される熱間静水圧加圧装置において、
高圧容器１側には少なくとも２つのガス通路８，
９が設けられており、一方の通路８は加圧源１０
に接続され、他方の通路９は閉止弁１１を介して
大気につながつており、前記断熱層５と被処理体
７との間には被処理体７を囲む密閉チヤンバ１２
が設けられ、該密閉チヤンバ１２には少なくとも
２つのガス通路１３，１４が設けられ、該チヤン
バ１２における一方のガス通路１３は一端が高圧
室４につながりかつその途中に高圧室４から密閉
チヤンバ１２の内部方向のみに流通可能な逆止弁
１５が設けられ、前記密閉チヤンバ１２における
他方のガス通路１４は前記高圧容器１１側におけ
る他方のガス通路９に接続されていることを特徴
とする熱間静水圧加圧装置。
