入され、対向する側辺に接続電極が設けられ、表
面に半導体素子が固着されている回路基板とを備
え、前記モジユールフレームと前記回路基板の接
続電極部分とで前記液晶表示パネルの接続電極部
分を挾み込み接続固定することを特徴とする液晶
