This relates to an open power storage mechanism that can store power independently even if it has two springs for power storage, and even if the power circuit for the magnet for power storage is of small capacity. To provide an opening force storage mechanism for an air switch, which allows both springs to work together when returning them to obtain a large operating force for opening the switch. This is what I am trying to do.

B is a power terminal, which is connected to a power supply side (substation side) distribution line among the distribution lines connected to the switch via a power transformer (for example, 6900/110). SA is a surge absorber, R is a relay, and r1 is a protective resistor, which protects the coil by limiting the current flowing through the coil of relay R, and the following capacitor C1
In addition, a delay release time is set. Capacitor C1 is a capacitor for setting delay time, and D5 is a diode for rectification. next
D 1 and D 2 are diodes, and SCR 1 and SCR 2 are silicon-controlled rectifying elements, which constitute a full-wave rectifying bridge for the magnet Mg 1 . R1 is a changeover switch, and the contact of the above-mentioned relay R is used. It also consists of a neutral contact c, a normally open a contact that connects with the neutral contact c when the relay R is activated, and a normally closed b contact that connects with the neutral contact c when the relay R is restored. Next, D 3 and D 4 are diodes,
SCR 3 and SCR 4 are silicon-controlled rectifying elements, and these constitute a full-wave rectifying bridge for the magnet Mg 2 . R2 is a changeover switch, and has the same configuration as the changeover switch R1 described above. Next, the gate signal circuits of the silicon-controlled rectifying elements SCR 1 to SCR 4 will be explained. D 8 to D 11 are diodes for turning on the SCR, which are turned on by applying a gate signal (gate current) to each connected silicon-controlled rectifier SCR. They are also used to prevent the silicon-controlled rectifying element from being destroyed due to reverse gate current (current flowing from the cathode to the gate). r 3 and r 4 are gate protection resistors that control the magnitude of the gate signal.
It is designed to protect the silicon controlled rectifier element. D 12 and D 13 are gate signal diodes. Diode D 12 conducts when a positive half wave is applied to the power supply terminal, turning on SCR 2 and SCR 3 , and diode D 13 provides a negative signal to the power supply terminal. It is configured to conduct when a half-wave of SCR 1 and SCR 4 are applied, thereby turning on SCR 1 and SCR 4 . These are connected to face each other as shown in the figure to prevent the starting current circuit of the magnets Mg 1 and Mg 2 from being short-circuited. Also, the switches m 1 a, m 1 b, m 2 b interposed in this gate signal circuit are the same as the switches m 1 , m 2
shows the contact points. Also, the subscript a indicates that each switch is always open (closed when the switch operates).
b indicates a normally closed contact (opens when the switch is operated).
Furthermore, among these switches, switch m 1 a acts as a normally open first switch together with elements SCR 3 and SCR 4 , and switch m 2 b acts as a normally closed second switch together with elements SCR 3 and SCR 4. without switch
m 1 b functions as a normally closed third switch together with elements SCR 1 and SCR 2 .

The members indicated by C 2 constitute the phase control circuit of this element SCR 5 , r 2 is a resistor, D 6 and D 14 are diodes, and C 2 is a capacitor. then C 3
is a reverse excitation capacitor, and D7 is a charging diode, which charges capacitor C3 to the polarity shown.

The operation of the operating mechanism when the above operation is performed in the C 3 (B') control circuit is as follows. In FIG. 3, when the magnets Mg 1 and Mg 2 are released and lose their force, the lever 5 moves in the direction of the arrow due to the energy stored in the spring S 1 Link 10 moves in the direction of the arrow. And the edge 10 of the long hole 10a
When a' collides with pin 15', lever 15 moves in the direction of the arrow. As a result, the output shaft 16 and the output lever 17 are rotated in the direction of the arrow (opening side), and opening of the switch is started. At the same time, the energy stored in the spring S 2 moves the lever 13 in the direction of the arrow, so this spring S 2 cooperates with the spring S 1 to move the output shaft 16 and the output lever 17 as described above.
make the rotation. The above-mentioned opening by the spring S1 is carried out until the lever 4 hits the stopper 30, during which time the contacts of the switch are opened. Thereafter, the output shaft 16 and the output lever 17 continue to rotate via the lever 13, link 14, and lever 15 due to the spring S2 , and the switch is completely opened. In the above case, due to the gap d previously formed between the edge 10a' and the pin 15', the link 1 by the spring S1
The operating force in the direction of the arrow 0 impacts the pin 15' as if hitting it. Therefore, even if the contacts of the switch become welded,
The impact force ensures that the contacts are opened.

Then, the manual operation shaft 22 is rotated in the direction of the arrow (towards the closing side), the manual energy storage shaft 23 is also rotated in the direction of the arrow via the transmission part 25, and the spring S is rotated via the lever 24, the transmission mechanism 28, and the lever 5. 1 power storage starts. When the transmission piece 23b hits the transmission piece 16a in the transmission part 26, the output shaft 16 and the output lever 17 are rotated in the direction of the arrow to start closing the switch, and the spring is activated via the lever 15, link 14, and lever 13.

The toggle mechanism by the lever 21 also moves in the direction of the arrow to begin compressing the spring S3 . Eventually, when the lever 19 and the link 20 cross the dead point and become bent, the biasing force of the spring S3 is reduced to the biasing force of the spring S4.
The spring acts in the direction of rotating the shaft 22 in the direction of the arrow (the direction of closing) together with the

As the transmission member 7 also bends from the dead point, the biasing force of the spring S1 changes in the closing direction. After this, the switch hits the stopper of the switch and stops, and the closing is completed, resulting in the state shown in FIG. 4.

is pulled, and the spring is released by the link 20 and lever 21.
S 3 is compressed and each force is stored. When the toggle mechanism of the lever 19 and the link 20 exceeds the dead point, the force of the spring S3 changes to the direction of opening (in the direction of the arrow) with respect to the shaft 22.

When the transmission member 7 exceeds the dead point, the lever 5 moves in the direction of the arrow due to the force of the spring S1 . Thereafter, the same operation as in the case of automatic opening is performed, and the opening of the switch is completed and the state shown in FIG. 1 is reached. In the above case, since the transmission piece 22b of the transmission part 25 rotates in the direction of the arrow before the transmission piece 23a, there is no problem with the rapid rotation of the shaft 23 due to the sudden operation of the spring S1 .

~ S 4 may replace the tension spring with a compression spring, and the compression spring with a tension spring, respectively. In that case, it goes without saying that the fixing position of each spring with respect to the base frame can be changed using a general method so that biasing forces in the same direction are applied to the levers to which each spring is connected.

Even if S 1 and S 2 are used to store force in these springs, even if the first spring S 1 stores force first, the operating force will not reach the second spring S 2 . Therefore, first magnet Mg 1 is operated to store force in spring S 1 , and then second magnet Mg 2 is operated to store force in spring S 2 . This has the effect that even if the power circuit for the magnets Mg 1 and Mg 2 has a small capacity, it can be used. Moreover, even if the first and second springs S 1 and S 2 are configured to store force individually, when returning these springs, both springs S 1 and S 2 must be operated together. Since the output shaft 16 can be rotated, a large operating force can be obtained on the output shaft 16, which has the great effect of reliably opening the switch connected to the output shaft.
