3 is a rail fixing claw, 4 is a rail mounting plate, 5 is a shelf, 6 is a gap between the upper and lower shelves, 8 is a rail mounting hole, and 14 is a guide rail. The guide rails 14 shown in FIG. 1 are arranged in pairs as shown in FIG. 2, and the rails are attached using the rail fixing claws 3 so that the printed circuit board guide grooves 1 face the upper and lower surfaces inside the shelf 5. A printed circuit board (not shown) is guided by the printed circuit board guide groove 1 between the pair of guide rails 14 attached to the plate 4. FIG. 3 shows the upper shelf 5 in a state where the shelves 5 with guide rails 14 attached are stacked in two stages as shown in FIG.
Any one of the guide rails 14 attached to the bottom surface of
, and the guide rail 14 located directly below the guide rail and attached to the upper surface of the lower shelf 5 are cut at the center of the rail fixing claw along a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 14. A cross section is shown. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the guide rail 14 compresses and inserts the head of the rail fixing claw 3 into the rail mounting hole 8 of the rail mounting plate 4, and pulls the rail fixing claw 3 onto the rail mounting plate 4. By hanging the guide rail 14, the guide rail 14 is fixed. In this case, since the heads of the rail fixing claws 3 protrude from the top and bottom surfaces of the outside of the shelf 5, if two or more shelves 5 are stacked and mounted, there is a gap 6 between each shelf 5 due to the protrusion of the heads of the rail fixing claws 3. , which is not suitable for high-density mounting required for various recent devices, and also makes it difficult to attach and detach the rail fixing claws 3.

In FIGS. 4 to 6, 7 is a rail fixing press-fit dowel, and the other numbers are the same as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 in the first conventional embodiment. In this embodiment, a rail fixing press-fit dowel 7 is provided on the guide rail 14 as shown in FIG. The top surface of 5,
The guide rail 14 is fixed by fitting into the rail mounting hole 8 of the rail mounting plate 4 attached to the lower surface. When the guide rail 14 is attached to the rail mounting plate 4, the rail fixing press-fit dowels 7 have the same thickness as the rail mounting plate 4 and are designed not to protrude from the rail mounting plate 4. There is no need to substantially provide the gap 6, and the packaging density can be improved. However, in order to prevent the guide rail 14 from being easily unfixed, the rail fixing press-fit dowel 7 and the rail mounting hole 8 have the same diameter, so a large force is required to fit them together, and if force is applied from outside, the guide rail 14 will not be easily unfixed. The rail 14 easily comes off, and repeated attachment and detachment wears out the fitting portion between the rail fixing press-fit dowel 7 and the rail mounting hole 8, making it unusable.

A printed circuit board guide groove 1 is provided in a concave shape on the top surface, and a dowel 9 is provided on the opposite surface for inserting and fixing the guide rail 14 into the rail mounting hole 8 of the rail mounting plate 4, and is made of plastic. It is integrally molded. Figure 8 shows dowel 9 in Figure 7 with arrow A.
FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the center portion of the dowel 9 taken along the dashed line BB' along a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 14. The dowel 9 has a cylindrical shape that expands toward the tip, and a slit 10 (slit) having the same width as the printed circuit board guide groove 1 is provided in the center of the dowel 9 along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 14. The dowel 9 is divided into two parts, and the tip of the dowel 9 is provided with a thick wall part 11 having a thickness sufficient to exhibit a spring effect due to deformation. It's summery. FIG. 10 shows a rail mounting plate 4 similar to those shown in FIGS. 2 and 5 in the conventional embodiment, and the rail mounting holes 8 are connected to the guide rail 14
The rail mounting hole 8 has a circular shape with a longer axis larger than the tip of the dowel 9 in the longitudinal direction, and the short axis of the rail mounting hole 8 is smaller than the tapered tip of the dowel 9.
It is larger than the base. In addition, the upper edge of the rail mounting hole 8 has a sagging portion 12 when the hole is press-drilled.
However, there is a burr 13 on the lower edge.

A cross-sectional view of the fixed state is shown. FIG. 11 shows a state in which the dowel 9 of the guide rail 14 starts to be inserted into the rail mounting hole 8 of the rail mounting plate 4. Since the diameter of the tip of the dowel 9 is larger than the short diameter of the rail mounting hole 8, the dowel The tip corner of 9 rests on the sagging portion 12 of the rail mounting hole 8. Next, FIG. 12 shows a state in which the guide rail 14 is pressed and the dowel 9 is inserted about half into the rail mounting hole 8. In this case, since the dowel 9 is hollow with a slit 10 provided along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 14, it is pushed and bent toward the center along the sagging portion 12 and inserted into the rail attachment hole 8 without any force. Since the dowel 9 is made of plastic, it is bent into the hollow part of the slit 10 in the state shown in FIG. 11 is deformed, and due to the reaction force, the dowel 9 is further deformed.
The tip of the rail mount strengthens the pressure against the inner wall of the rail mounting hole 8. FIG. 13 shows a state in which the guide rail is further pressed and the dowel 9 is completely inserted into the rail mounting hole 8.
In the state shown in FIG. 13, since the diameter of the tapered tip of the dowel 9 is larger than the short diameter of the rail mounting hole 8, the dowel 9 continues to press against the inner wall of the rail mounting hole 8, as in the case of FIG. Furthermore, the tip of the dowel 9 slightly protrudes from the lower part of the rail mounting plate 4 and interacts with the burr portion 13 of the rail mounting hole, so that the dowel 9 can be prevented from coming off. In addition, in this embodiment, the case where the rail mounting hole 8 is shaped like an inertia circle has been explained.
The same applies when the shape is circular.

This prevents the guide rail 14 from easily coming off due to force. In addition, since the dowel 9 only slightly protrudes from the bottom of the rail mounting plate 4 during insertion, the gap 6 between each shelf (see Figure 2 or Figure 5) is small when stacking the shelves. , it is possible to increase the mounting efficiency of the device.

This prevents the dowels 9 from coming off easily and eliminates wasted space due to the protrusion of the dowels 9 from the rail mounting plate 4, making it possible to realize high-density mounting shelves 5 and devices with good work efficiency.
