[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention is an artificial river bed including a reservoir, a sedimentation tank, an agricultural waterway, etc., which uses cement mortar (hereinafter referred to as ferrocement) reinforced with reinforcing members such as wire mesh and sheet-like waterproof members. This invention relates to an artificial riverbed constructed by integrally forming.

Conventionally, most of these types of artificial riverbeds have generally been made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete, and their outline can be explained based on Figure 1. We excavated a fairly large trench, laid foundation stone 2, and performed soil compaction work. Next, after the reinforcement work and formwork assembly work are completed, concrete 3 is poured, and after the concrete 3 hardens, it is removed from the mold. Furthermore, an artificial riverbed is constructed by fixing decorative natural stones 4 on the surface of the concrete 3 or by adding a pattern of unevenness or the like with mortar 5.

However, the artificial riverbed described above requires a great deal of labor for reinforcing and assembling formwork, and has the disadvantage that the concrete surface tends to be straight. For this reason, in order to finish the riverbed with an uneven surface, it is necessary to apply mortar after demolding, and in order to make the riverbed meander in harmony with nature, the formwork and reinforcing work is significantly complicated, so there are limitations. , there are many restrictions on the design of riverbeds. In addition, since the river bed has a large weight, when constructing an artificial river bed on soft ground, it is necessary to take additional measures to prevent the river bed from sinking.Furthermore, to prevent cracks caused by drying shrinkage of reinforced concrete, it is usually 5 to 6 m long. There are disadvantages in terms of workability and economy, such as the need to insert artificial joints at intervals.

The purpose of this invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and to obtain an artificial river bed that is in harmony with nature with a free design, is economical, and is extremely easy to construct. A sheet-like waterproofing member having protrusions arranged at intervals is laid,
It is characterized in that a reinforcing member in the form of a flexible or bendable wire mesh placed on the sheet-like waterproof member is fixed by the protrusion, and cement mortar is cast onto the reinforcing member.

以下、その詳細を図面に基いて説明する。 The details will be explained below based on the drawings.

FIG. 2 shows a schematic sectional view of the artificial river bed in this invention, and FIG. 3 shows an enlarged view of part A thereof. Second
In Figures 1 and 3, first, the ground 7 is excavated and compacted in accordance with the cross-sectional shape of the planned artificial riverbed 6, and an artificial riverbed construction surface 8 is formed. Next, a sheet-like waterproof member 10 having protrusions 9 is laid on the artificial river bed construction surface 8, and reinforcing members 11 such as wire mesh 11a and mesh reinforcement 11b are placed on the sheet-like waterproof member 10.
placed above. The artificial riverbed 6 of the present invention is made by fixing the provided reinforcing member 11 on the protrusion 9 using a fixing member 12 such as a staple, and applying cement mortar 13 with a trowel or spraying it with a mortar gun. Constructed. Furthermore, it is also possible to lay natural stone 14 or the like if necessary.

Here, the sheet-like waterproof member 10 is made of a rubber sheet, a synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride, polyethylene, etc., and has waterproof properties.
Any material that is highly ductile is sufficient, and by laying it on the artificial riverbed construction surface 8 and applying a primer such as rubber emulsion, it is possible to increase the adhesion strength with cement mortar. Further, the projections 9 of the sheet-like waterproof member 10 can have various shapes and arrangements as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6. That is, the reinforcing member 11 disposed on the sheet-like waterproof member 10
As long as it can be fixed on the protrusions 9 at intervals of 50 cm to 1 m, the protrusions 9 may be arranged randomly, in a grid pattern, or in a zigzag pattern, regardless of whether they are round, square, scattered or continuous. The one set is fine. The appropriate distance between the protrusions 9 is 50 cm to 1 m because if the distance is too large, the reinforcing member will hang down in the middle and it will be difficult to hold it in a predetermined position, and if it is too small, the number of fixing positions will increase and the work will be complicated. Further, the protrusion 9 may be formed integrally with the sheet-like waterproof member 10, or the protrusion 9 may be adhered onto the sheet-like waterproof member 10 using an adhesive or the like.

The reinforcing members 11, such as the wire mesh 11a and the mesh reinforcement 11b, have flexibility or bendability that allows them to easily follow curved or uneven construction surfaces.
Furthermore, suitable wire diameters and mesh spacings that have the effect of holding a predetermined position and preventing cracks in the cement mortar layer may be used alone or in combination depending on the scale of the artificial riverbed to be constructed.

The artificial riverbed of the present invention described above can be constructed extremely easily without using formwork or the like, and moreover, it can be made to meander in harmony with nature with a free cross section that follows the garden plan. can. Moreover, the wire mesh and mesh bars are fixed with the protrusions of the sheet-like waterproofing member, creating a sense of unity between the ferrocement and the sheet-like waterproofing member, which is 1/4 to 1/5 that of conventional artificial riverbeds made of reinforced concrete. It is possible to have a thickness of approximately Therefore, its own weight is light, and an artificial river bed can be easily constructed even on soft ground, and uneven settlement is less likely to occur. Furthermore, since ferrocement itself has high cracking resistance against drying shrinkage, the spacing between artificial joints can be made considerably larger compared to reinforced concrete, and even if ferrocement cracks, it is still a ductile sheet-like waterproof material. This has the advantage that there is no risk of water leakage.

The above description has mainly been about artificial riverbeds, but it goes without saying that the present invention can also be applied to other artificial beds such as agricultural waterways, reservoirs, and sedimentation tanks.
