Conventionally, when assembling a cardboard box, the lids on the two opposing sides (if the box is rectangular) are folded on the short sides, and then the lids on the remaining two sides are folded to close the bottom or top and maintain that state. Adhesive tape was pasted on the remaining two sides where the lids butted against each other. However, this method has the drawback that the cardboard box is damaged when the adhesive tape or adhesive tape is removed, making it impossible to use the cardboard box repeatedly.

FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of the present invention in use. The holder consisting of the edge forming member 10, the connecting member 20, and the connecting member 30 is made by bending the lids A and A' on two opposing sides of the cardboard box, then folding the lids B and B' on the remaining two sides, This device holds the assembled state of a cardboard box by closing the bottom and top surfaces, and is removable from the cardboard box and can be used repeatedly. This retainer can be made of plastic or metal. Figure 2,
To further explain with reference to FIG. 3, the edge forming member 10 is used as a pair, with a groove 11 and a protrusion
has. The groove portion 11 is formed in a space of a uniformly thick portion having a U-shaped cross section, and receives the edges b, b' of the lids B, B'. On the other hand, the protrusion 12 is formed to protrude in a direction opposite to the direction in which the groove 11 is opened.
The protrusion 12 has a uniform cross-sectional shape in which the head 12a is enlarged relative to the neck 12b. In the drawings, the protrusion 12 is formed into a hook and tenon shape, but it can also be formed into a dovetail and tenon shape or other cross-sectional shapes. The edge forming member 10 provided with the groove 11 and the protrusion 12 is formed to have a long length extending in the longitudinal direction of the edges b, b' of the lids B, B'. Edges b and b' extend into groove 1 in the longitudinal direction.
1 and are connected. The connection is made by a hole 13 passing through the upper and lower thick parts of the groove, and a pin 20 as a connecting member inserted into this hole. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the edges b,
While b' is inserted into the groove 11, holes are made in the portions of the lids B and B' that correspond to the holes 13, and the pins 20 are inserted from the top to the bottom.

The connecting member 30 is a connecting portion 31 that connects the edge forming members 10, 10 fixed to the respective lids B, B'.
and a portion 32 for fixing to the cardboard box, which is integrally attached to one longitudinal end of the connecting portion 31 in the shape of a key. The connecting portion 31 has groove portions 31a formed in both side walls thereof to fit into the protruding portion 12 of the edge forming member 10. The groove portion 13a has a similar cross-sectional shape that is somewhat larger than the cross-sectional shape of the protruding portion 12. Therefore, this groove 3
1a and the protrusion 12 are fitted and separated in the longitudinal direction of the edge forming member 10, and cannot be fitted and removed in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the edge forming member 10, that is, in a transverse direction. The connecting portion 31 is formed to have the same length as the edge forming member 10. The fixing portion 32 is formed with a protrusion 32a that sinks into the side wall C (see FIG. 1) of the cardboard box. By this protrusion 32a sinking into the side wall C, the fixed portion 32 is attached to the side wall C.
, and thus the entire connecting member 30 is fixed in that position.

To explain the operation of assembling and holding, the lids B and B' to which the edge forming member 10 has been attached in advance are bent from both sides, and then the groove 3 of the connecting part 31 of the connecting member 30 is folded.
1a is fitted with the protrusions 12, 12 from both sides at one longitudinal end of the edge forming member 10, and then inserted in the longitudinal direction. And the connecting member 30
At the end of the insertion operation, the protrusion 32a of the fixed part 32
into the side wall C of the cardboard box, and connect the connecting member 3.
Fixed to 0. When dismantling the cardboard box, the lids B, B can be easily uncoupled by pulling out the connecting member 30 in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the cardboard box can be folded back and stored. Edge forming member 1
0 can be attached to the lids B and B' as they are.

In addition, in the present invention, a connecting member having a short connecting portion can also be used. In this case, the connecting members may be inserted from both sides of the cardboard box. Further, the protrusion formed on the fixing portion of the connecting member can have various shapes as long as it can fit into the side wall of the cardboard box and perform the fixing function. Further, the fixed portion may be a flexible band made of rubber or the like with a rigid protrusion.

According to the present invention, since adhesive tape or adhesive tape is not used for assembling the cardboard box, the cardboard box can be used cleanly. What's more, when you're done using it, you can fold the cardboard box back up and store it. In particular, with the present invention, a cardboard box can be assembled and held with a simple operation, and the upper and lower lids do not easily open or come off, so it is possible to reliably prevent the bottom from falling out and the items inside from being exposed.
