単に溶接によつて接合することに原因があつた。 Generally, this type of futon basket is heavy when filled with cobblestones, so there is a risk that the basket will collapse during transportation and installation, and there are also problems with its durability as it will be exposed to rainwater for many years. This was due to the fact that the main reinforcing bars that make up the futon cage were simply joined by welding.

表わす詳細図である。 To explain the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings, FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the entire futon cage, and as shown, it is constructed of main reinforcing bars 1, middle frame reinforcing bars, and wire mesh. FIG. 2 is a partial view showing the connection of the main reinforcing bars 1. Reference numeral 6 in the figure indicates a middle frame reinforcing bar. FIG. 3 and subsequent figures are detailed views showing the configuration of the present invention shown in FIG. 2B.

用上の卓越した効果を奏するものである。 In the figure, the partner main reinforcing bars 1 and 1' are connected linearly by face-to-face contact at their terminal ends, and one of the main reinforcing bars 1 has a rectangular shape at the bottom that is about the diameter of the round bar of the main reinforcing bar. The backing plate 2, which is formed to about half the thickness and has a bolt hole 3 in the center, is made to protrude by half so that the center of the bolt hole 3 coincides with the end surface of the main reinforcing bar 1, and The other main reinforcing bar 1' is fitted with a contact plate 2' formed in the same manner as described above, so that the center of the bolt hole 3 is in the center of the main reinforcing bar 1'. The main reinforcing bar 1 is made to protrude by only half so as to coincide with the end face of the reinforcing bar 1', and is brought into contact with the main reinforcing bar 1 so as to be offset to one side in the opposite direction to the diameter thereof, and the gap is welded 5'. When the main reinforcing bars 1 and 1' to which the contact plates 2 are welded in this way are brought close together as shown by the arrows in Figure 3 and their end surfaces touch, the bolt holes 3 of the contact plates 2 and 2' are
are matched and combined. Therefore, by inserting the bolt 4 into the matching bolt hole 3 and tightening it with a nut, the connection is made as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. Therefore, since the welds 5 and 5' on the joint surface of the backing plate 2 are targeted, they are finished neatly without protruding from the surface of the main reinforcing bars, and are made from the backing plates 2 and 2' and round bars. The gap created by the arc of the main reinforcing bars 1 and 1' is filled by welding, so the connection between the plates is strong, and since the plates 2 and 2' are tightened with bolts, the The connection is even stronger, and even if the futon basket is filled with cobblestones and is heavy, it will not be distorted in the slightest during transportation and installation, which is an outstanding effect in use.

造。 In the futon cage A, which is made up of the main reinforcing bars 1, a middle frame, and a wire mesh, the main reinforcing bars 1 and 1' are connected using a rectangular shape with a bolt hole 3 drilled in the center at the end of one of the main reinforcing bars 1. The contact plate 2 is positioned so that the center of its bolt hole 3 coincides with the end of the main reinforcing bar 1, and the contact plate 2 is joined to one side of the main reinforcing bar 1, and only one side is welded 5, and the other main reinforcing bar 1 is welded. The reinforcing bars 1' are welded 5' to the center of a rectangular backing plate 2' with bolt holes 3 symmetrically drilled in the same manner as described above, and both main reinforcing bars 1,
1' are brought into contact with each other, thereby creating both contact plates 2,
The structure of the futon basket is characterized in that bolts 4 are inserted into matching bolt holes 3 of 2' and tightened to connect.
