るようにしたものも知られるが、このものでは後
側シリンダのカムチエーンを配置するための軸方
向スペースの分だけジエネレータが外側に張り出
して、エンジンの軸方向寸法が増す不都合を伴

であつて、該クランクケース内に、該クランクシ
ヤフトの後方に位置して変速機を収容し、該変速
機のメインシヤフトに、その軸端に備える該クラ
ンクシヤフトとの連結機構の配置部内側に位置し
て該クランクケースの下部に備えるオイルポンプ
の駆動部材を配置するものにおいて、後側のシリ
ンダに備える該カムチエーンを該駆動部材に合致
する軸方向位置に配置したことを特徴とする。
