Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 長方形状の化粧面と該化粧面の両側端を内方に
    屈曲して２側壁を形成して断面を凹状とし、上記
    側壁の１端縁を内方に屈曲して再び外方に屈曲し
    て受け片を形成し、該受け片の先端を外方に突出
    して差込縁を形成した雄型連結部を設け、他側壁
    の端縁を内方に屈曲し、次に外方に突出して断面
    Ｕ字状の係合溝を形成し、該係合溝の下縁を外側
    方へ突出して延長部を形成し、該延長部の先端を
    垂直下方に屈曲し、突出してガイド片を形成した
    雌型連結部を設けた表面材と、該表面材の凹状部
    に原料状態で吐出し、反応、発泡により充填した
    防火性を有するフオームと、該フオームの背面に
    雄型連結部側の側壁からｌ１だけ片寄らせ、かつ
    、係合溝、下縁、延長部背面に積層し、前記ガイ
    ド片によつて位置決めされたフエノールフオーム
    板と、該フエノールフオーム板の少なくとも長手
    方向の露出面を被覆する防火性を有する裏面材と
    からなり、前記防火性を有するフオームの反応発
    泡の途中に前記フエノールフオーム板を積層し、
    該防火性を有するフオームの自己接着性により該
    フエノールフオーム板を接着し、また前記防火性
    を有する裏面材の一端縁は前記ガイド片の外側を
    被覆したことを特徴とするサイデイングボード。
