両端にはそれぞれ長孔が貫設されており、一方２
個のリンク部材のそれぞれの一端を上記両支持台
及び案内杆の両端に枢着せしめると共に、該２個
のリンク部材のそれぞれの他端は上記案内杆より
は鍔部側に位置する保持部材に枢着せしめ、更に
保持部材と案内杆の略中央部に立設された受け部
との間に長杆ボルトを螺合せしめたことを特徴と
