The present invention was developed in view of the above points, and its purpose is to process the joints between the mounting joints of climbing beams and structural members such as bundles and purlins in hipped roofs. To provide a mounting device for a climbing beam, which allows the climbing beam to be joined to a structural member such as a sheaf or a ridgepole with a required slope, without the need for installation.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to examples. Reference numeral 1 denotes a climbing beam receiver made of a metal plate, which includes a pair of vertical pieces 2 and a receiving piece 9 installed between the lower ends of the vertical pieces 2.
As shown in FIG. The slope of the side edge of is a/b (the climbing beam receiver in the example is 4
It is used when the dimension gradient is a/b≒2/7
It is said that ), and this one side part is bent inward through a bending line 10 parallel to the side edge with an internal angle θ 1 of 135° in a plane orthogonal to this bending line 10, and is bent inward in the vertical direction. Slanted pieces 4 with a slope a/b are formed, and the inclined pieces 4 are made to incline laterally at the above slope as they go upward, and each inclined piece 4 has an internal angle in a plane perpendicular to the ridgeline. They are fixed at an abutting angle θ 2 such that they are right angles.
Reference numeral 8 denotes a bolt hole drilled in each inclined piece 4, and numeral 11 denotes a plurality of nail holes bored in each vertical piece 2 and receiving piece 8. Next, use the climbing beam receiver 1 to secure the climbing beam 7,
The operation of attaching it to a structural member 5 such as a purlin, a pillar or an outer wall will be described with reference to FIG. First, the outer surface of the inclined piece 4 of the climbing beam receiver 1 is brought into contact with the vertical surface of the structural member 5, and the climbing beam receiver 1 is fixed to the structural member 5 with a bolt inserted into the bolt hole 8 of the inclined piece 4. At this time, the climbing beam receiver 1 is attached to the structural member 5 diagonally downward with an inclination of a/b.
Then, attach the end of the climbing beam 7 to the vertical piece 2 of the climbing beam holder 1.
At the same time, place it on the receiving piece 9 and make the nail hole 1.
Climbing beam 7 and climbing beam receiver 1 with nails inserted through 1
By fixing these, the climbing beam 7 is connected to the structural member 5 at an inclination of a/b. Therefore, when constructing a hip ridge 6 with climbing beams 7, two climbing beam holders 1 are required as shown in FIG.
After making the two sloped pieces 4 of each of the two climbing beam supports 1 flush with each other by abutting each other or connecting them with bolts, the sloped pieces 4 of each other side of the two climbing beam supports 1 are brought into the same plane. 7 is connected to the structural member 5 via the climbing beam receiver 1, the hip ridge 6 will be constructed. FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which two climbing beam supports 1 assembled as described above are shown.
This was installed in part B of the Heike hipped ridge 6, which was connected to the two-story house 13. Figure 6 shows four climbing beam receivers 1 assembled to construct the climbing beam 7 of the square roof 12, and the seventh
It is attached to part C in the figure.

As described above, the present invention constructs a climbing beam holder using bolts that are inserted into bolt holes of the slanted piece, with the outer surface of the slanted part of the climbing beam holder in contact with the vertical surface of a structural member such as a bundle or a purlin. The end of the climbing beam was fixed to the member, and the end of the climbing beam was fitted and fixed between both vertical pieces of the climbing beam receiver, which was formed in a roughly U-shaped cross section with an open upwards shape, making the climbing beam look like a true bundle or a ridgepole. It can be connected to the members via the climbing beam holder, and there is no need to process the joint between the climbing beam's attachment joint and the structural member, and even when connecting the climbing beam and the climbing beam holder, it is possible to connect the climbing beam to the climbing beam holder. The climbing beam can be positioned and connected easily by simply placing it on the climbing beam holder so that it fits between the vertical pieces. The side edge of this one side portion is inclined at a constant slope by increasing the protrusion length to the side, and an inclined piece is extended from this side edge to one side and inward, and a tip of this inclined piece is formed. The edges are sloped laterally upwards at a slope equal to the above slope, and the tip edges of both sloped pieces are butted against each other, so if the sloped pieces are brought into contact with the vertical surface of a structural member such as a ridgepole, the climbing beam can be formed. The support is joined to the structural member at a predetermined angle and is placed at a predetermined slope relative to the structural member, and the climbing beam is fixed by fitting it into the climbing beam support fixed to the structural member. For example, when forming a hipped roof, the climbing beam can be positioned at a predetermined position relative to the structural members.
Furthermore, since both inclined pieces are butted against each other so that the internal angles in the plane perpendicular to the ridge line between adjacent inclined pieces are right angles, if the inclined pieces of a pair of climbing beam holders are brought into contact with each other, The remaining inclined pieces of both climbing beam receivers are flush with each other and can be fixed in close contact with the vertical surface of the structural member, which has the advantage of being securely fixed in position.
