- 出力がワイアードオア結合された複数のゲイト
制御出力素子において、ゲイト制御によつて出力
状態となるゲイト制御出力素子の入力と出力とを
比較する比較回路を各ゲイト制御出力素子毎に設
け、これら比較回路にて各ゲイト制御出力素子の
出力障害を検出するようにしたことを特徴とする
ゲイト制御出力素子の不良検出回路。
