本案は放射性廃棄物収容室等の如く内部に絶対
に人間が入ることを禁止されている室の上方に架
設されているクレーンを、非常時等にクレーン作
動用動力が停止した如き場合に、該無人室より脱

ーンを繋いでチエーンの回動に伴つて脱出せしめ
るようにしたものもあるが、終始該チエーンは回
動しているものであるから、平常より摩耗気味で
あり非常の際、効果を充分発揮することが出来な
い欠点があるもので、好適な手段の開発を存せず
困難を感じていた次第である。然るに本案に於い
ては、非常押出用車体をクレーンの奥に静止状に
設け、室外よりウインチによつてこれを手動その
他可能な動力によつて引き出し、これに伴つてク
レーンを室外に脱出させるものであるから、非常
の際に於いても決して不測の支障がある等のこと
なく、無人室よりクレーンを完全に脱出せしめる

い、その先端は非常押出用車体5に連結し、クレ
ーン2の上部の間隙2a中を、クレーンの非常押
出用車体5の当接部2′に干渉することなくして
通過し、非常押出用レール1の末端外に設けた滑
車8を迂回し、下降して更に巻取ウインチ6に連
結するものである。この場合前記非常押出用車体
5はクレーン2の当接部2′に当接し、クレーン
2を押圧してクレーン2を室外に脱出させるもの
