ユニオンのローレツト目にパイプの膨出圧接部を
圧接して示す要部拡大断面図、第５図は本考案の
他の実施例に係るハーフユニツトの縦断面図、第
６図は第５図のＢ―Ｂ線断面図、第７図はハーフ
ユニツトの環状溝に設けたローレツト目にパイプ
の膨出圧接部を圧接して示す要部拡大断面図であ
る。 １…ハーフユニオン、２…締付部、３…ローレ
ツト目、４…パイプ、５…挿入部、６…膨出圧接
部、７…環状溝。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ハーフユニオンの締付部に該当する部分で
    内周壁を一周する帯状のローレツト目を刻設し、
    前記ハーフユニオンに挿入したパイプの挿入部を
    前記ローレツト目に対応する位置でパイプの内側
    から押圧された複数の膨出圧接部でローレツト目
    に圧着せしめることにより構成したパイプ端部と
    接続用端金具との固定構造。 (2) ハーフユニオンの締付部に該当する部分で
    内周壁を一周する環状溝を穿設すると共にこの環
    状溝にローレツト目を刻設し、前記ハーフユニオ
    ンに挿入したパイプの挿入部を前記環状溝に対応
    する位置でパイプの内側から押圧された複数の膨
    出圧接部でローレツト目に圧着せしめて成る実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のパイプ端部と接
    続用端金具との固定構造。 (3) ハーフユニオンの締付部に該当する部分で
    内周壁を一周して刻設したローレツト目は平目に
    成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記
    載のパイプ端部と接続用端金具との固定構造。 (4) ハーフユニオンの締付部に該当する部分で
    内周壁を一周して刻設したローレツト目はあや目
    に成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項及び第２項
    記載のパイプ端部と接続用端金具との固定構造。
