- 液晶表示表示素子、ＥＬパネル、ＥＣＤ等の偏
平な薄型の表示素子において、側部に突出された
接続用突片の側面が非鉛直面形状に形成されると
ともに、この非鉛直面に導電性物質が付着されて
外部接続用端子が形成されて成ることを特徴とす
る表示素子。
