起せしめるための輻射加熱装置であつて、軸方向
に沿つて前記反応管を配置し且つ内面を断熱材で
覆つたケーシングと、該ケーシングの下端部に設
けられた高温ガス入口管および上端部に設けられ
た高温ガス出口管と、前記反応管の下に前記ケー
シングの内部空間を仕切るように設けられた多孔
性の整流板と、該整流板上に載置され且つ前記反
応管の周囲を取囲んで配設された輻射体とを具備
し、更に前記反応管と前記輻射体との間で両者を
仕切るように、且つ反応管との間隔が均一になる
ように輻射板を設けたことを特徴とする輻射加熱
