たことを特徴とするサーマルヘツド。 ２ 前記電極層をアルミニウムにより形成し、か
つ前記発熱体層をポリシリコンにより形成したこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載のサーマルヘツド。 ３ 前記電極層のアルミニウムの膜厚を０．５〜
１．５μｍ、タングステン層の膜厚を０．１〜０
．５μｍとしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第２項記載のサーマルヘツド。
