考案の組立箱の展開図、第５図は本考案の組立箱
に食品を収容した開蓋時の斜視図である。 図中、１ａは吸水性合成樹脂層、１ｃと１ｃ′
は接着剤層、２は板紙、４は凸状部、５は空気室
、７はヒンジ、１１は底板、１２〜１５は側板片
、１６は蓋板片である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 四角形である底板の各辺に側板片が、これ
    ら側板片のうちの相対向した一方の組の側板片に
    蓋板片が、また他方の組の側板片の各外側辺に折
    込み片がそれぞれヒンジ部を介して連設されてい
    るシート材を合成樹脂層と板状層との積層材によ
    り形成し、このシート材を各ヒンジ部によつて折
    曲げ、合成樹脂層を内面として箱状の組立自在と
    した組立箱において、上記シート材の合成樹脂層
    は吸水性を備えており、かつ、この合成樹脂層に
    は底板と各側板片の部分又は更に上蓋片部分に複
    数個の膨出部を設けると共に、これら膨出部と板
    状層との間には空気室を形成して成ることを特徴
    とする組立箱。 (2) 合成樹脂層が吸水性樹脂層と発泡体層の積
    層物であることを特徴とする前記実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第(1)項記載の組立箱。
