Claims (1)

弁方向に付勢する手段と、 (ニ) 一端がハウジングの小径円筒部内に摺動自
在に嵌合され、他端がダイアフラムに固定された
ピストンであつて、ハウジング小径円筒部との間
に第２圧力室を画定するものと、 (ホ) 過給機の吐出圧を第２圧力室に導入するた
めの手段と、 (ヘ) 第２圧力室内の圧力に応じてピストンが少
なくとも所定距離にわたり変位した時に第２圧力
室を第１圧力室に連通するべくピストン内に形成
され絞り効果を有する内部通路、 とを備えて成るウエイストゲートバルブ用アクチ
