た。 Conventionally, in ceiling-mounted air conditioning units that have a built-in heat exchanger and blower, and have an intake port on the rear bottom of the unit and an air outlet on the front, the intake grill provided on the intake port can be removed and placed above this. I was performing a service inspection on a blower that was installed, but I found that it was only possible to perform a one-way inspection from the intake port side, making the service less convenient.

Furthermore, since the back plate is installed close to the indoor wall surface, there are installation restrictions on moving and removing the back plate in the left and right directions and in the back direction, and therefore, it is currently possible to remove it only in the downward direction.

It had no choice but to be formed in a way that communicated with That is,
The notch 3' is designed to minimize the height of the back plate 4' in order to make the unit thinner, and to position the drain pipe 2 at the lowest position in order to completely drain the drain water outdoors. The height of the connecting portion 6' must be approximately the same as that of the back plate 4', and as a result, the connecting portion 6' cannot have a sufficient height, and the strength of the connecting portion 6' is weak as indicated by the arrow A. There was a drawback that cracks were likely to occur from point B when a force spreading in the direction was applied.

た。 Furthermore, as an alternative structure to that shown in Fig. 1, an attempt was made to divide the back plate into a fixed auxiliary plate 4a through which the refrigerant pipes 1a, 1b and the drain pipe 2 pass through, and a detachable main plate 4b, as shown in Fig. 2. However, since the number of parts increased and the auxiliary plate 4a was included, it became a nuisance during service inspection, and was not satisfactory.

矢吊型空気調和機を提供したものである。 In view of this point, the present invention provides a removable back plate with a notch that communicates with the upper edge and extends downward, and a single port that is separate from the opening, and connects the reciprocating refrigerant pipe connected to the heat exchanger to the notch. The arrow hanging type air conditioner is provided with a removable flexible pipe connected to a drain pan below the heat exchanger, which is inserted into each of the individual ports, thereby providing strength to the back plate and facilitating service inspection work. This is what was provided.

ある。 The embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 to 6. Reference numeral 7 indicates an intake grill that is detachably attached to the intake port 9 on the rear bottom surface of the unit 8, and 10 indicates an intake grill that is housed above the grill. An air blower consisting of two sets of Shirotskov fans 11, 11 and a coaxial motor 12, 13 a heat exchanger housed on the discharge side of the air blower, 14 a drain pan housed below the heat exchanger, 15 is an air outlet provided at the front.

The reciprocating refrigerant pipe 18 is connected to the coupling rings 17a and 17b during installation, and the flexible drain pipe 18 is made of soft vinyl chloride and has one end 19 connected to the drain pan 14 and the other end 20 removably connected to the external drain pipe 21. The back plate 4 that removably covers the open back part of the unit 8 has a U-shaped notch 3 for inserting the refrigerant pipes 1a and 1b that communicates with the upper edge 5 and extends downward, and is formed separately from the opening. A single circular opening 22 through which the flexible drain pipe 18 is inserted is provided.

Pull the flexible drain pipe 18 toward the drain pan 14 side or insert the flexible drain pipe 18 inside the unit 8 on the back plate 4.
If it is removed from the external drain pipe 21 by pushing it in from the back, the other end 20 connection port will come out through the independent port 22, so the back plate 4 can be removed by lowering it as it is. Also, when installing, pull out the other end 20 connection port outward from the independent port 22 and connect it to the external drain pipe 2.
Just connect it to 1.

Although the dimension 2 between the single opening 22 and the notch 3 and the dimension 3 between the single opening 22 and the lower edge 23 are slightly shorter, since the single opening 22 is circular and independent, even if external force is applied, this No cracks occur from the single opening 22 and it can withstand sufficient strength.

の強度の大きくとれる等、有用なものである。 As described above, the ceiling-mounted air conditioner according to the present invention closes the back of the unit with a removable back plate, and the plate is provided with a notch opening that communicates with the upper edge of the unit and extends downward, and a single opening separate from the opening. The reciprocating refrigerant pipe connected to the exchanger is inserted into the notch, and the removable flexible drain pipe connected to the drain pan below the heat exchanger is inserted into the single port.
If the flexible drain pipe is pulled out from the separate port, the back plate can be easily removed by lowering it straight down, which is useful because service inspection can be easily performed and the strength of the back plate can be increased.
