The anode electrode 1a is connected to the tangential portion of a predetermined circuit through its screw portion, and the gate electrode 1c is connected to the corresponding tangential portion of a predetermined circuit by soldering a lead wire with a lug terminal. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, the cathode electrode 1b has a lead terminal A with a terminal formed by crimping a terminal 2 with a mounting hole 2a at the tip and a bonding cap 3 at the base end to a stranded wire 4, or the bonding cap 3.
The connection is made by fitting and then crimping or soldering, and is screwed into the corresponding connection part of a predetermined circuit with bolts and nuts through the attachment hole 2a.

The lead terminal A with a terminal has the advantage that it has a stranded wire 4 or is flexible, and can be freely bent and connected to the cathode electrode 1b in either direction. There are problems with the crimping process and its strength in No. 2 and the embossed process and strength of the proximal end joining cap 3. There are problems with the workability, cost, and conductivity of the stranded wire 4. Furthermore, there are many applications in which terminals do not require much flexibility and can be mounted on a structure between an anode and a cathode arranged at a very short predetermined interval, so it is desirable to develop a terminal that can provide a reliable connection at low cost. It was rare.

The mass support portion 5 has a split groove 5a provided along the axial direction at the tip of a conductive metal rod such as copper, and a knurl 5b carved at the base end of the rod. The shaft diameter on which the knurling 5b is formed is slightly larger than the cylindrical inner diameter of the cathode electrode 1b of the thyristor body 1.

Next, the flag-shaped piece 6 is also formed of a conductive metal plate such as copper, and on one flat plate side, a mounting hole 6a is bored for connecting to the other connecting part to the cathode electrode 1b via a bolt and a nut. On the other flat plate side, there is a fitting piece 6b that is press-fitted into the split groove 5a of the support part 5.
are provided, and the two flat plates are joined in a stepped manner so that the mounting bolts or nuts do not protrude.

The flag-shaped terminal B of the present invention having the above-mentioned structure is attached to the inside of the cylindrical portion of the cathode electrode 1b of the element body 1 by press-fitting the knurled portion 5b, and is joined integrally by caulking, soldering or the like.

At this time, the uneven surface of the knurling 5b is held against the cylindrical inner wall of the cathode electrode 1b, preventing rattling and maintaining an upright state, thereby facilitating subsequent bonding. Incidentally, these flag-shaped terminals are coated with tin plating, etc., if desired, to prevent rust.

In this way, the flag-shaped terminal of the present application has an extremely simple structure in which a supporting part made of a conductive metal rod and a flag-shaped piece with a mounting hole formed in a conductive metal plate are fitted and integrated, and is low-cost. I can do it. In particular, since the support part is an integrated conductive metal rod, the cost of the wire itself is lower than that of conventional wires made by twisting together multiple wires.
Further, it has various advantages such as extremely simple processing of the connecting portions at both ends and good conductivity.

Further, by knurling the base end of the support part, there is an effect of facilitating joining and improving contact performance.
Note that the support portion can be made to have any length depending on the purpose, and in this case, a certain degree of flexibility can be imparted.
