Abstract

PURPOSE:A Chinese herbal remedy consisting of KOJI mold embryo bud and young leaves of barley. CONSTITUTION:A Chinese herbal remedy obtained by heating embryo bud at 60-80 deg.C not to scorch, grinding the embryo bud, mixing the resultant ground embryo bud with ground KOJI mold, curing the resultant mixture at 32 deg.C for 24hr, mixing the cured mixture with finely crushed and dried young leaf flour of barley, curing the resultant mixture again at 32 deg.C for 24hr, freeze-drying the mixture while blowing hot air at -5 deg.C for 30min, drying the freeze-dried mixture further at 30-50 deg.C for 30min-1hr and curing the dried mixture at room temperature for 3 days. This remedy is effective for treating diseases called incurable diseases. The compounding weight ratio of the young leaves of the young leaves of barley to the KOJI mold is about 200:1 based on the dry weight. Green tea leaf flour, unpolished rice flour, sesame oil, young leaves of Japanese radish and just budded rapeseed flour may be added thereto in a suitable proportion. Said Chinese herbal remedy is in the form of green flake, but may be in the form of tablet, granule, rod, etc. The dose thereof is 10g/day and may be divided into 3 portions a day.

C1 Problems to be solved by the invention However, while traditional Chinese herbal medicines generally have the advantage of having fewer side effects, they also have the disadvantage of being less effective. Along with many conventional medicines, it had little effect on diseases such as Raynaud's disease, Bartchett's disease, or skin spots and freckles. In particular, common synthetic drugs used for intractable diseases have strong side effects.
However, it was not very effective and posed a major problem in the treatment of intractable diseases that required long-term use.

d. Means for Solving the Problems As a result of intensive research in search of Chinese herbal medicines that are effective for treating these incurable diseases and have few side effects, the inventors have developed a method of specially processing grains, vegetables, etc. that are commonly eaten by humans. They discovered that by blending in a certain proportion, it was possible to achieve the desired balance, and completed the present invention.

The germ, brown rice, and rice are individually heated at 60 to 80°C without burning, and then ground separately, and the sesame seeds are squeezed to extract sesame oil. Alternatively, grind Koji mold alone, or mix ground Koji mold, germ, and brown rice, incubate (cure) for 24 hours at about 32 degrees Celsius, add green tea powder, and grind finely (crushed and dried young barley leaves) with a jaccer. Add and mix the powder, young radish leaf powder, rapeseed leaf powder, sesame oil and a small amount of olive oil, and heat to about 32℃ again.
After incubating (curing) for 24 hours, freeze-dry at -5℃ for about 30 minutes while blowing warm air, and then freeze-dry for about 30 minutes.
It can be obtained by drying at 35°C for 30 minutes to 1 hour and then curing at room temperature for 3 days. Olive oil is used to improve mixing and does not need to be added.

e. Action The herbal medicine of the present invention is not expected to have the known action and effect that conventional vitamin preparations have, but rather contains a low-molecular antioxidant (
This is expected to have an active oxygen removal effect using furanoboid, etc.). Therefore, for example, the effects of the furanovoids and vitamins B t +C and A contained in green tea, sesame, and others that are included in the herbal medicine of the present invention are not due to the effect of each of them alone. However, in the present invention, these polymerizations are released in the presence of Koji mold, and each can be activated freely. This method succeeded in making the active oxygen removal effect extremely strong. In addition, by adjusting each raw material to an optimal composition, we have succeeded in bringing out a synergistic effect that further doubles this active oxygen removal effect. Even if it is extracted and taken in an amount suitable for the present invention, the effects of the present invention cannot be expected.
