Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) フイルターにより清浄化された空気を均一
な気流とするために設けられる多孔板状体よりな
る整流体において、該板状体は穴あきシート材料
と、厚みが１mm〜３０mmで見掛密度が０．１ｇ／
cm3以下の多孔質材料とが積層一体化された構造
であることを特徴とする整流体。 (2) 多孔質材料が、厚み３mm以上で見掛密度が
０．０７ｇ／cm2以下の不織布である実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載の整流体。 (3) 穴あきシート材料が、厚み１mm未満の軟質
シートである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の整流体。
