【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は浴槽内に取付けて使用される浴槽用枕
に関し、ブロー成形により形成される内部中空の
枕外皮1内に発泡樹脂2を充填せしめ、枕外皮1
の両側端面にそれぞれ発泡樹脂注入口3とエア抜
き口4とを形成し、端部カバー5,5の内面側に
突設した閉塞部6,6を上記発泡樹脂注入口3や
エア抜き口4内に結合して両口3,4を閉塞する
と共に枕外皮1の両側端面にそれぞれ端部カバー
5,5を取着して成る浴槽用枕に係るものであ

設計することによつてパーテイングライン跡9で
枕外皮1の外観を損われることはないが、パーテ
イングライン跡9のうち枕外皮1の両側端面に形
成されるものは外部に露出することが避けられな
いものであり、この露出するパーテイングライン

る浴槽用枕を提供することを目的とするものであ

るもので、その両側端面にはブロー成形の際の空
気吹き込み口などとして孔が明けられており、一
方の孔を発泡樹脂注入口3としてここより軟質発
泡ポリウレタンなど発泡樹脂2の原液を注入して
枕外皮1内で発泡させると共に、他方の孔をエア
抜き口4として枕外皮1内のエアをここより発泡
に伴う発泡樹脂2の体積膨張で抜き出す。このよ
うにして枕外皮1の中空内部を発泡樹脂2で充填
するものである。このように枕外皮1内に発泡樹
脂を充填したのち、内面側に閉塞部6を突出して
設け枕外皮1の側面形状と同形状にインジエクシ
ヨン成形等で形成した端部カバー5,5を、閉塞
部6を発泡樹脂注入口3やエア抜き口4に圧入す
ることにより第2,3図のように枕外皮1の両側
端面に取付ける。このようにして閉塞部6で発泡
樹脂注入口3やエア抜き口4を閉塞すると共に端
部カバー5で枕外皮1の両側端面を覆つて枕外皮
1の両側端のパーテイングライン跡9を隠すもの
である。第4図の実施例は発泡樹脂注入口3やエ
ア抜き口4内にブロー成形の際にナツト10をイ
ンサートしておき、閉塞部6としてボルト6aを
端部カバー5に突設して設け、ボルト6aをナツ
ト10に螺合することにより発泡樹脂注入口3や
エア抜き口4を閉塞すると共に端部カバー5の取

皮と端部カバーとを別の色で形成することにより
浴槽用枕を多色で形成することも可能になるもの
