くなされたもので、本考案によれば、筐体内に上

その脱水函に設けた駆動軸をカツプリングを介し
て筐体内に設けたモータの軸に連結し、脱水函内
に生ゴミを入れたゴミ袋を着脱自在に装着し、モ
ータを駆動して脱水函を高速回転させることによ
り生ゴミ中の水を分離し、分離した水を受水函に
集めその水を受水函の排水口に接続した排水ホー
スより排出するようにした生ゴミの脱水袋詰機に
おいて、前記ゴミ袋はその表面に複数個の突起が
設けられ、ゴミ袋を複数枚重ねて前記脱水函内に
装着したとき各袋間に脱水間隙を保持するもので
あり、又前記筐体の上部に受水函及び脱水函の開
放部を被う外ブタを設け、かつ脱水函を回転させ
る回転軸を制動するブレーキを設けて、その外ブ
タ及びブレーキをワイヤ等により筐体の下部外方
に設けたペダルに連結し、更に筐体内に脱水函に
集めた水を強制排出する排水ポンプと、脱水函を
回転させるモータ及び排水ポンプのモータを通
電、非通電とするリミツトスイツチを設け、ペブ
ルを踏むとリミツトスイツチが作動して前記各モ
ータが非通電となると共にワイヤ等を介して外ブ
タが開かれ、かつ回転軸にブレーキが掛り、ペダ
ルを踏むのを止めると自重で外ブタが閉じ、ブレ
ーキが外れ、かつ各モータが通電し脱水函が高速
回転して遠心脱水を行うと共に、排水ポンプが作
動して受水函に集つた水を排水ホースを経て強制

水函内に上部を開放し多数の孔が形成された脱水
函を配置し、その脱水函に設けた駆動軸をカツプ
リングを介して筐体内に設けたモータの軸に連結
し、脱水函内に生ゴミを入れたゴミ袋を着脱自在
に装着し、モータを駆動して脱水函を高速回転さ
せることにより生ゴミ中の水を分離し、分離した
水を受水函に集めその水を受水函の排水口に接続
した排水ホースより排出するようにした生ゴミの
脱水袋詰機において、前記ゴミ袋はその表面に複
数個の突起が設けられ、ゴミ袋を複数枚重ねて前
記脱水函内に装着したとき各袋間に脱水間隙を保
持するものであり、又前記筐体の上部に受水函及
び脱水函の開放部を被う外ブタを設け、かつ脱水
函を回転させる回転軸を制動するブレーキを設け
て、その外ブタ及びブレーキをワイヤ等により筐
体の下部外方に設けたペダルに連結し、更に筐体
内に脱水函に集めた水を強制排出する排水ポンプ
と、脱水函を回転させるモータ及び排水ポンプの
モータを通電、非通電とするリミツトスイツチを
設け、ペダルを踏むとリミツトスイツチが作動し
て前記各モータが非通電となると共にワイヤ等を
介して外ブタが開かれ、かつ回転軸にブレーキが
掛り、ペダルを踏むのを止めると自重で外ブタが
閉じ、ブレーキが外れ、かつ各モータが通電し脱
水函が回転して遠心脱水を行うと共に、排水ポン
プが作動して受水函に集つた水を強制排水するこ
