図において、１は電子部品、１ａは電子部品ケ
ース、２は給電部、１０ａ，１０ｂは接続管、１
１ａは分配管、１１ｂは集合管、１２ａ，１２ｂ
は接続細管、１３は冷却器、１３ａは圧縮機、１
３ｂは凝縮器、１３ｃは送風機である。なお、図
中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。
