    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. Ｘ線源から試料を透過する投影Ｘ線を受光し電
    気信号に変換するＸ線検出器を複数個並設し、該
    検出器をそれぞれマルチプレクサに接続するとと
    もに、該マルチプレクサに、特定のエネルギー値
    のみを選択するＸ線スペクトル分析装置を接続し
    、さらに該Ｘ線スペクトル分析装置にＡ／Ｄ変換
    器を介して断層像を作成表示する演算装置を接続
    してなるＸ線断層撮影装置。
