Hitherto, a hard cylindrical strainer, in which the bottom of the container is a strainer and is filtered batchwise by vacuum suction or pressurization, has been relatively commonly used. This seed filter has the advantage of being simple in structure and easy to clean and replace. However, in this type of strainer, the cake is usually removed by input using a scraping device such as a scoop. Therefore, the biggest problems are that it involves heavy labor and that it takes time to remove the cake. In addition, when handling cakes that are harmful to the human body, it is necessary to seal the container from the viewpoint of labor and environmental hygiene.
Removal of the cake in a sealed state poses a problem. As a means of solving these problems, a method has been adopted in which the cake is re-slurried with a solvent and then discharged. Conventionally, in this method, as shown in Fig. 1, the surface 5 is flat and the slurry liquid discharge port 4 is the other end of the surface, so the slurry liquid stays on the surface, especially on the surface in the opposite direction to the discharge port. However, it has the disadvantage that it is difficult to completely discharge it.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention, as shown in Fig. 2, places the slurry liquid discharge port 4 at the center of the surface 5, and the surface is sloped toward the discharge port to prevent the slurry liquid from stagnation. At the same time, a stirring blade 2 having an inclination similar to that of the surface is provided at the lower end of the central shaft 3 that moves vertically and rotates, thereby making it possible to form a slurry and making it easier to drain the slurry liquid. . This will be explained with reference to the attached drawings.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a filter container, 2 a stirring blade, and 3 a shaft (also referred to as a central shaft) provided on the central axis of the filter container and for imparting rotation and vertical movement to the stirring blade attached to the lower end thereof. Now, when the shaft 3 is rotated and moved downward at a constant speed using a normal mechanism (not shown) capable of rotating and moving up and down,
Along with this, the stirring blade 2 rotates and moves downward, so that the excess cake accumulated on the surface is gradually dug up from the surface by the stirring blade, thereby promoting slurry formation.

Although the stirring blade is not particularly limited, for example, it is a blade with a triangular cross section as shown in FIG. 3 as a plan view and as shown in FIG. Those having a comb-shaped tip are preferably used. When rotating with arrow a shown in Figures 3 and 4, this is to press the surface of the cake to prevent the cake from cracking during the process, and when rotating with arrow b, it is used to dig up the cake during slurry formation. The comb-shaped blades at the tip are designed to help the cake float. The comb-shaped blades are preferably provided in concentric circles formed by rotation so that there are no gaps. The lower limit of the downward movement is up to the position where the lower end of the stirring blade 2 comes into contact with the oversurface 5, and in this state slurry formation is completed. Note that the most distinctive feature of the present invention is that the upper surface is inclined toward the slurry liquid discharge port 4. Since the stirring blade also has an inclination that is substantially the same as that of the surface, slurry can be sufficiently formed.

FIG. 5 shows an example of a slurry liquid discharge port in the present invention. The slurry liquid discharge port 4 is located at the center of the superstructure, and is closed by a bottom removal valve 7 during the slurry formation. When the slurry formation is completed, the bottom removal valve opens and the slurry liquid is discharged. Since the surface has an inclination, the slurry liquid can be completely drained. If a piston valve (also referred to as a Y-type discharge valve) is used as the bottom removal valve 7, and the opening/closing operation is remotely controlled such as by air operation, the slurry liquid can be easily discharged. At the time of closing, if the upper surface of the piston 8 is closed in a position parallel to the upper surface 5 as shown in FIG. 5, there is no possibility that the discharge port will be blocked by the slurry liquid.

Note that this device has the advantage that it is possible to completely seal it by attaching a lid to the upper part and providing a shaft sealing device in the shaft penetration part, and that it is also possible to pressurize. Of course, the upper limit of the upward movement in this case is the position where the stirring blade does not come into contact with the lid.

Since this device is configured as described above, the drawback that the slurry liquid is difficult to discharge with the conventional slurry discharge device is solved, and in other words, it is possible to completely automatically discharge the slurry liquid, and its practical use is improved. The significance is extremely large.
