Previously known products of this type were Utility Model 147608 (1976) and Utility Model 49568 (1977), both of which were developed by the inventor of the present invention. The former was a square tube box, so it could be rolled into a roll without a core. Put the continuous bags you had in this box,
Even if you try to pull out the bag, this continuous rolled bag cannot rotate properly inside the box. Furthermore, since the latter type of bag is cylindrical, if a slit is provided in a part of the bag to pull out the bag, it will be difficult to maintain the cylindrical shape of the outer box. In any of the known cases, since an opening from which the bag is pulled out is provided in advance, it is necessary to use a fairly hard paper board for forming the box, or to use a hard or semi-hard plastic box. Moreover, if the opening is provided in advance, there is a risk that the internal continuous bag may be damaged or soiled while not in use.

Therefore, the outer casing is made into a gutter-like folded box, and the opening from which the bag is pulled out is made of discontinuous cuts that break easily when not in use.Even if the paperboard of the outer box is not very thick, it retains the shape of the box and is used to hold the bag before use. If the easy-to-break discontinuous cut is separated, an opening is formed, and a semicircular arc-shaped protrusion is formed in the center of the opening, and when the bag is pulled out from this opening, the rolled continuous bag will not fit into the box. It rotates easily inside, making it easier to pull out the bag.

態に、製凾機で成形しておく。 In the figure, numeral 10 is a folded box made of a single rough paper board such as white cardboard or yellow cardboard, and the whole is formed into a regular hexagonal cylinder shape, and its unfolded shape is as shown in Figure 4. It is punched out from a piece of paper board, and the body has completely congruent strips 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 successively connected at bending ridge lines 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, and A glue margin 23 is connected to the strip part 11 by a bending ridge line 22, and this width b
is about half of the width B of each of the strips 11 to 16, and is an edge 24 with a semicircular protrusion 24a formed in the center, while the strip section 16 has a width B
An easily breakable discontinuous cut 25 having a shape that follows the edge 24 is provided at a location slightly closer to the bending ridge line 21 than 1/2 of the width of the strip portion 16. An inner end plate portion 27 is provided with a dimension that reaches the opposing strip portion 13 when the hexagonal tube is formed, and the width B is defined as one side at both ends of each of the strip portions 11, 12, 14, and 15. Equilateral triangular bent pieces 29, 30, 31, and 32 are connected by bending ridge lines 33, 34, 35, and 36, and both ends of the strip part 13 have a dimension B that corresponds to the shape of both end surfaces of the hexagonal tube. A regular hexagonal end plate portion 37 with one side of
are provided with insertion pieces 39 and 40 for fixing, and these insertion pieces 39 and 40 are attached to the equilateral triangular bent piece portion 29.
and 32 are inserted into corresponding insertion holes 41 and 42 provided at the ridge lines 33 and 36 of the strips 16 and 32. The entire surface of the adhesive portion 23 is adhered to the inner surface of the strip portion 16 in line with the bending ridge line 22, and the inner edge 24 of the adhesive portion 23 is aligned with the easily breakable discontinuous cut 25, so that the protrusion 24a side has double inner and outer edges. It will be attached to. When there is nothing inside, the folding ridge lines 17 and 20 are bent 180 degrees, and the other parts are kept straight, and the case is formed into the state shown in Figs. 5 and 6 using a box-making machine.

2 is longer than the cut 51 in other parts, and is generally longer than the semicircular cut 26 of the folding box. This continuous bag 50 is generally made from an extremely thin (20μ or less) film made of synthetic resin, and a long strip of 50, 100, or 200 bags is rolled into a roll without using a core. There is. (See Fig. 7) This coreless continuous bag 50 wound into a roll is placed in the folding box 10 which has been made into a hexagon by hand as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, and the end plates at both ends are Part 3
The insertion pieces 39 and 40 of No. 7 are inserted into the insertion holes 41 and 42, and the continuous bag 50 of this invention, which is coreless and rolled into a roller shape, is packaged in a folding box 10. Get a body.

A protruding piece 45 is formed, and a semicircular cut 26 is formed in the center of the protruding piece 45.
A protruding piece 45 facing in the circumferential direction is formed (see FIG. 2).

The movement of the bag is prevented, and when the bag at the tip is further pulled, the force acts intensively on the discontinuous cut 51 connected to the cut 52, and the both sides of the bag band are slightly pulled out of the box 10. , this is separated, and the consumer obtains one bag 53 (see FIG. 2).

Like the conventionally known one, the bags do not come out of the box 10 during storage and can be taken out one by one. Especially box 10
Since is a regular hexagonal cylindrical body, each bending edge line 17,
18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 are bent at an internal angle of 120° to increase rigidity and be strong, and
Since the box 10 is a hexagonal cylinder, the continuous bag 50 rolled into a roll rotates easily inside the box 10, and like a square box, the bag 50 is rolled into a continuous roll without a core due to the tensile force applied to the bag. There is no fear that the bag 50 becomes flat and difficult to rotate, but rather has the effect of being arranged into a circular shape, and the ease of pulling out is almost the same regardless of the amount of remaining bags.

In addition, in this device, the slit 44
On the side having the protruding piece 45, which is one side, the box 1
0 serves as a seam and is double lined with a glue margin 23, and the shape of the edge 24 of the glue margin 23 and the shape of the easily broken discontinuous cut 25 follow each other and are very close to each other. , the protruding piece 45 is also double, and is flat at almost the center of the strip part 16, and there is no bent part, so it is strong, and one bag's worth of bags can be taken out one by one,
There is no fear that the projecting piece 45 will be fatigued and bent due to the bending force during separation, and according to experiments conducted by the applicant's company, it can be used for decorative boxes that are normally used for packaging sweets and toys. Even if it is a paper board,
It can withstand separation of about 200 bags, but in the case of the type shown in the publicly known example, Utility Model Application No. 52-147608,
When using the same paperboard, it is difficult to separate 50 bags.

It is easy to break the slit 44 (see figure), and the position where the slit 44 is formed is at the center of the strip section 16 and is not close to the ridgeline 17 or 21, so unless an external force is applied, the slit will not break. The slit 44 does not widen and looks good from beginning to end, and when pulling out the first bag, by widening the slit 44, the bag inside can be easily grabbed and pulled out.

No external force is applied to this part at all, so there is no risk of this part breaking during processing, and even when assembling into a cylinder, the bending angles of this easy-to-break discontinuous cut 25 and the nearby bending ridge lines 21 and 22 are in a flat state. from 60
Since the box 10 is only bent by 90° unlike a square box, there is no need to bend the box 10 by 90°, and the force applied to the easily breakable discontinuous cut 25 is small, so there is no risk of the box 10 being damaged during the packaging operation.
