この開孔間に一軸を通し、これを嵌合して動作す
る把手をこの軸に通し、これにバネを通して把手
と筒が相反する弾力を持つたトレーニング器具。 ２ 筒の一端に把手を構成し、且つ筒の両端にゴ
ムヒモ受けとゴムヒモを着脱自在とした実用新案
