され、この駆動車が摩擦車に動力伝達手段を介し
て連設されており、この摩擦車がモータの回転軸
に軸装された対向一対のフライホイール間に介装
され、さらに上記摩擦車に、この摩擦車を上記対
向一対のフライホイールの一方に選択的に押圧す
るアクチユエータが連設されていることを特徴と
