- 太腿を囲繞すべく、両側辺１３，１４の中央部
に、台形のくびれ部分ｂ―ｃ―ｄが設けられてい
る長方形の非透水性基膜２と、透水性被覆膜６と
の間に、それよりも小さいが、これとほゞ相似形
の吸水層４を内蔵し、縁辺を接着してなるおむつ
において、前記被覆膜６と吸水層４との間に、該
層４を表面をカバーする水収縮性不織布７が介装
され、かつ前記吸水層の両側辺４３，４４の台形
くびれ部分において、それらの上辺４３ｃ，４４
ｃと平行に伸縮体３，３が張着内装されているこ
とを特徴とするおむつ。
