Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve damping characteristics by a simple structure by mounting a slider, which is pushed by the side surfaces of at least one or more of wheels and generates frictional force, and an elastic body pushing the slider. CONSTITUTION:A slider 7 and a washer 8 are pushed uniformly in the direction of a wheel 5-2 by an elastic body 9 consisting of a coil spring. Accordingly, friction between the wheel 5-2 and the slider 7 is generated in addition to friction between the wheel 5-2 and a guide 2-2 and a wheel 5-1 and a guide 2-1, thus obtaining stronger damping force.
