2. Description of the Related Art Disconnector palms and disconnectors using an insulating medium such as gas are known as closed type switchgear. Such a sealed switchgear has a pair of contact devices that open and separate, and an arc is generated in the contact device when the circuit is opened. In the case of a disconnector, the contact device is damaged by loop current interruption or charging current interruption, and in the case of a disconnector, the contact device is damaged by short circuit current interruption, etc. Parts are replaced depending on the degree of damage, but determining whether parts need to be replaced has become a problem.

A major reason for this is that the contact device that is damaged is housed in an opaque container made of metal or the like containing an insulating medium, so the degree of damage to the contact device cannot be easily detected. For these reasons, in the case of closed type switchgear, there is a need for a method of externally measuring or detecting the degree of damage to contactor devices, etc.

The sealed switchgear to be diagnosed will be explained below using a gas cylinder and a disconnector as an example. As mentioned above, the cylindrical breaker has a pair of contact devices that open, and an arc is generated when the contacts open. The contact device is therefore damaged by arcing. Damage to the contact device may result in incomplete electrical contact resulting in abnormal heating. Also, when SF 6 gas is used as the insulating medium,
Since its dielectric strength is increased under a uniform electric field, it lowers the dielectric strength and reduces the shear breaking performance of the shingle breaker.
Therefore, it is desirable to select contact devices as targets for external diagnosis.

One such contact device generally uses a tulip type contact. This tube-shaped contact has a plurality of finger-shaped contact pieces arranged around the circumference to form a substantially tubular contact piece group, into which the other rod-shaped contact can be inserted.

FIG. 1 shows a gas liner and disconnector with an opening contact device. The contact device that separates includes a fixed contact 1 and a movable contact 2. Movable contact 2
is surrounded by an insulator 3 on its outer periphery, and a flow path formed within this insulator guides the gas from the compressor 5 into the closed container 6 through the nozzle of the insulator 3. released.

To measure damage to the contacts 1 and 2 due to arcing, an X-ray imaging device is set outside the closed container 6. At this time, conditions such as the X-ray output voltage and exposure time are set so that the radiation does not pass through the firing portions of the contacts 1 and 2. In order to more precisely observe the state of the opposing ends of the contacts 1 and 2, it is preferable to observe the state in which the contacts 1 and 2 are separated. In particular, observation with the nozzle of the insulator 3 coming out from the fixed contact 2 allows the state of the tip of the fixed contact 2 to be observed with high precision.

When inspecting the contact part using external X-ray diagnosis,
It is difficult to accurately confirm from the outside the position of the contact portion that is normally subject to inspection. In addition, the output voltage of the X-ray generator and the sensitivity of the film are determined by the distance between the generator and the film, the material and thickness of the container,
It varies depending on the material, size, and structure of the internal parts to be inspected. That is, in order to carry out X-ray photography efficiently, it is effective to determine the installation position of the X-ray generator in advance because the photography conditions are uniquely determined. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 2, a mounting base 8 for mounting the X-ray generator 7 is provided outside the container 6 in the area to be inspected, thereby effectively performing X-ray photography. A window 10 is formed on the side of the container 6 for performing contact device replacement work from outside the container 6, and a mounting base 8 is fixed using the flange cover 9 of this window 10 as a mounting seat. . An X-ray generator 7 is installed on the mounting base 8, and an X-ray film 11 is installed on the outer wall of the container on the back side via the contact device.

In this way, the distance between the X-ray generator 7 and the X-ray film 11 is approximately determined, and the state of the sclera section can be photographed on the X-ray film under predetermined photographing conditions. In particular, since the X-ray generator is disposed corresponding to the window 10, it is not affected by variations in the material and thickness of the container 6.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment, in which a mounting seat 12 is formed on the outer wall of the container in a portion corresponding to the contact device, and a mounting base 8 is fixed to this seat 12 to mount the X-ray generator 7. ing.

As explained above, in this invention, the mounting seat used to mount the X-ray generator is formed on the side of the container that houses the sheath section, so the distance between the X-ray generator and the X-ray film can be almost reduced. can be kept constant,
Efficient diagnosis can be performed under predetermined conditions.
