体を示し、上記バツクフレーム3は補強ビード3

ると共に該アーム1aに沿つて湾曲しその端辺が
シートバツク前方へ延びている。5はシートバツ
クの背当り上位部分に形成された開放口である。
このウレタン発泡体4の形成は次のようにして行
なわれる。メーンフレーム1、ヘツドレストフレ
ーム2、バツクフレーム3からなるシートバツク
組フレームを収納し、且つ開放口5が造成される
ように形成された金型の内面に表皮となるウレタ
ン材を塗装した後、上記シートバツク組フレーム
を収納し、さらにパツドとなるウレタン材を詰め
て一体発泡させるもので、第2図に示すようにウ
レタン発泡体は外側に表皮ウレタン発泡体4a
が、その内側にシートバツク組フレームを包んで
パツドウレタン発泡体4bが造成される。勿論、
開放口5は第1図に示すように背当り上位部分に
同時に形成されるものである。

けたシートバツクの背当り上位部分は座者の背凭
れ力の小さい部分であるから座者のサポート性に
は実効的にさしたる支障がないことを付言する。
