本考案は上記従来のものの欠点を除くためにな

分に開放口を形成したシートバツク構造を提供す

間に部分的に、詳しくはこの実施例においてはヘ
ツドレストフレームの下位、換言すると背当り部
分の上位を残して掛渡された板状のバツクフレー
ム、一点鎖線で包括した部分の４はウレタン発泡
体を示し、上記バツクフレーム３は補強ビード３
ａを具え両側部分はアーム１ａ，１ａに掛渡され
ると共に該アーム１ａに沿つて湾曲しその端辺が
シートバツク前方へ延びている。５はシートバツ
クの背当り上位部分に形成された開放口である。
このウレタン発泡体４の形成は次のようにして行
なわれる。メーンフレーム１、ヘツドレストフレ
ーム２、バツクフレーム３からなるシートバツク
組フレームを収納し、且つ開放口５が造成される
ように形成された金型の内面に表皮となるウレタ
ン材を塗装した後、上記シートバツク組フレーム
を収納し、さらにパツドとなるウレタン材を詰め
て一体発泡させるもので、第２図に示すようにウ
レタン発泡体は外側に表皮ウレタン発泡体４ａ
が、その内側にシートバツク組フレームを包んで
パツドウレタン発泡体４ｂが造成される。勿論、
開放口５は第１図に示すように背当り上位部分に

泡造成で一気に造成されるものであるから製造工
数が格段に小さく、又造成上におけるシート形状
の自由度が拡くなる利点がある。さらに背当り上
位部分に前後からの見通しの利く開放口を設けた
ことは、車室内の開放感向上に貢献する他、シー
トの軽量化を可能としている。なお、開放口を設
けたシートバツクの背当り上位部分は座者の背凭
れ力の小さい部分であるから座者のサポート性に
