弁毎に独立した複数の燃料噴射弁駆動手段と、車
両の運転条件に応じて変速アクチユエータを介し
変速機の変速点を制御する変速点制御手段とを有
するパワートレイン制御装置において、燃料噴射
弁駆動手段によつて分けられる１ないし複数個の
燃料噴射弁毎に、その燃料噴射弁及び燃料噴射弁
駆動手段を含む燃料噴射弁駆動系の異常を検出し
て異常検出信号を出力する異常検出手段と、その
異常検出信号を受けて対応する燃料噴射弁からの
燃料噴射を強制的に停止させる燃料噴射停止手段
とを設けると共に、前記異常検出信号を受けて変
速点制御手段による変速機の変速点を高くする変
速点変更手段を設けたことを特徴とするパワート
