Claims (1)
- 合成樹脂製のライナの周りに多数の金属線を密
着して螺旋巻きしてストランドを形成し、該スト
ランドの外周を合成樹脂製のジヤケツトで被覆し
たアウタチユーブにインナケーブルを摺動自由に
挿通したコントロールケーブルの前記アウタチユ
ーブの端末に、外周に固定用の鍔を形成した金属
製の筒形固定具を固着し、該筒形固定具に対して
軸方向の移動自由に取り付けたロツドに前記イン
ナケーブルの端末を連結したコントロールケーブ
ルの端末装置において、前記筒形固定具の内周の
少なくとも一部に雌ねじを形成するとともに、前
記アウタチユーブの端末部分のジヤケツトを切除
して露出した前記ストランドに、外周に前記雌ね
じに螺合する雄ねじを形成した補強筒を外嵌めし
、該補強筒の外周をスエージングマシンにより均
一に打正して前記ストランドに固着し、その上に
前記筒形固定具を前記雄ねじに前記雌ねじを螺合
して外嵌めし、外周を部分的にかしめ付けたこと
を特徴とするコントロールケーブルの端末装置。
