Abstract

PURPOSE:To discharge rain water in a box body smoothly by a method wherein a water passage hole is provided at the lower end of a frame at the eaves side of the box body while a heat collecting panel is formed by an upper part and a lower part which drops the rain water, flowing along the upper part, to the bottom surface of the box body. CONSTITUTION:When rain water invades into the box body 3 to breakage of a light permeating panel 2 or the like, the rain water, flowing along the upper surface of upper part 6 of the heat collecting body 9, drops to the bottom surface of the box body 3 through a gap (g) interposed between the lower end of the upper part 6 and the lower part 7, then is accelerated by flowing on a waterproof sheet 12 and is discharged to the outside of the box body 3 energetically through the water passage hole 5 provided on the frame 13. Accordingly, when much amount of the rain water invades into the box body 3, it will never be stagnated at the lower end of the box body 3 and is discharged smoothly whereby the damage of the solar heat collecting device 1 may be prevented.

Solar heat collectors are known that use solar heat to heat the air, but water may accumulate inside due to rainwater leakage. Such internal water corrodes the equipment and reduces heat collection efficiency, so it needs to be drained out. However, if a drainage port is not easily installed, outside air may enter the interior. ! There will be a loss. Accordingly, the present applicant has proposed a drainage outlet in which a small hole with a valve body is provided at the lower end of the box body of the solar heat collector, according to the specification and drawings of Japanese Utility Model Application No. 1983-90414 filed by the present applicant. However, if a large amount of rainwater enters the inside of the box due to damage to the translucent plate, etc., the rainwater flowing rapidly over the top surface of the heat collector a comes into contact with the frame material of the box, as shown in Figure 4. As a result, the rainwater is not completely discharged from the small hole C and remains above the frame material. There is also a risk that accumulated rainwater may enter the house through ventilation pipes, etc.

However, in the solar heat collecting device 1, the air flowing in from the air population 10 is divided into an air flow flowing below the heat collecting plate 9 and an air flow flowing above the heat collecting body 9, bypassing the lower end of the lower part 7. By absorbing solar heat on the front and back sides of the heat collector 9, heating it, and discharging it into the room from the air outlet 11, heating in winter becomes possible.

The solar heat collecting device of the present invention, like the one on the ridge, has a water passage hole at the lower end of the frame member on the eaves side of the box body, and a heat collecting plate is provided in the upper part and extends from the lower end of the upper part to the eaves side. The rainwater flowing through the box body 3 is formed by the lower part arranged with a gap between the bottom surface of the box body and the rainwater to fall to the bottom surface of the box body, so that rainwater can be drained smoothly without accumulating inside the box body 3. Therefore, the height of the water passage hole 5 can be reduced. It is also possible to reduce the size of the box, reducing air leakage from the box. In addition, by separating the 4J heat plate, it is possible to prevent the vibration of the heat collector generated by the airflow that bypasses the lower end of the S heating element from propagating upward, and as a result of reducing the reciprocating part, the vibration is reduced. It can bring about many effects such as reducing the noise caused by air flow and making it possible to blow air at high speed.
